The initial screen displayed upon opening the bus tracking application allows you to easily add and track schools\u2019 buses and arrange trips. It helps parents monitor the bus trips and their details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Add a Bus:<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Bus Tracking tab from the main menu. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click Buses. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Click the Add New Bus button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Type the bus number. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Type the bus capacity. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Cliquez sur Valider<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              You can easily edit or delete the added buses in the Action column in the table.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              To Add Trips:<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click the Bus Tracking tab from the main menu.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Click Trips. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Click the Add New Trip button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. Type the title of the trip. (It\u2019s recommended to type whether it is a morning trip or a night trip.) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      1. Set the date of the trip using From and To fields. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        1. Set the starting and ending times of the trip in the corresponding fields.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          1. Type in the <\/strong>Trip Route.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            1. Choose the bus from the drop-down list. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              1. Choose the bus’s supervisor from the drop-down list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                1. Check the trip type checkbox. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                  1. Click Bus Supervisors. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                    1. Click the arrow in the Action column next to the supervisor you want.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                      1. Click the Trips List button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                                          \n
                                                        1. Now you can view all the trips assigned to the chosen supervisor. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
