The following steps will guide you to interact with the Summer Clubs <\/strong>screen, manage, and view activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Add Activity<\/strong> button to create and add a new activity to the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. U<\/strong>se the Rows<\/strong> button to adjust the number of rows displayed on the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Export<\/strong> button to export the activity list data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Use the Customize columns<\/strong> button to adjust which columns are displayed in the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The table shows various columns such as Title, Coach, Number of Seats, Minimum Seats, Fees, Registered Number, Start Date, and End Date. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. You can view or manage activities by clicking the eye icon under Action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Use the pagination at the bottom to navigate through different pages of activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The following steps guide you through the process of adding a new activity, including filling in essential details and attaching relevant files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter the name of the activity in the corresponding field. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the type of activity from the Activity Type<\/strong> dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the coach responsible for the activity from the Coach<\/strong> drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the start date of the activity using the date picker, or click Clear<\/strong> to reset the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select the end date of the activity using the date picker, or click Clear<\/strong> to reset the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Choose the area related to the activity from the Activity Area<\/strong> drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Provide a detailed description of the activity in the text editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Select the time for the activity from the Choose Time<\/strong> drop-down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Select the relevant school and grade levels for the activity from the School\/Grade Levels<\/strong> drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Specify the fees for the activity, if applicable, in the Fees<\/strong> field using the up and down arrows at the right side of the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. Check the Mail in the activity<\/strong> box if mailing is required for the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Enter any prerequisites for participating in the activity in the text editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    13. Input any specific requirements for the activity in the text editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    14. Upload a cover image or additional files by clicking Choose File<\/strong> or dragging a file into the attachment area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
