the&nbsp;From&nbsp;field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Set the ending date in the&nbsp;To<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;Search&nbsp;to generate the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A table containing percentages about the students\u2019 lecture absences is shown, so drag the scroll bar vertically and horizontally to browse the whole data in the general report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;Export to Excel&nbsp;to export the report to an Excel sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
