Teachers can manage the class\/lecture through the ” Lecture Management” page, which allows them to handle the session for the students registered in their class, track attendance, and add student behavior. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To manage the class: <\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the homepage, navigate to the subject’s folder and “First Session,” then click “Lecture Management.”<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Press “Student List” to view the list of students associated with this subject. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the “Grade” and “Class” to monitor the attendance of their students. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the “Time Slot” for the session from the dropdown menu. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Specify the “Date” for recording student absences. (Today’s date is automatically displayed.) <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click to mark attendance for all students at once. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click to add behavior for a student: <\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • Control the student’s attendance status by changing their “State” where: <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “P” means “Present” <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “A” means “Absent” <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “L” means “Late” <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “E” means “Excused Absence” <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “A” means “Authorized Absence” <\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      L\u2019ajout de comportements \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve, en fonction de ses interactions avec l\u2019enseignant et des devoirs et examens, vous aide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Cliquez sur le bouton Ajouter un comportement<\/strong> dans la section Action<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve concern\u00e9 sur la page Gestion de la S\u00e9ance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. S\u00e9lectionnez le type de comportement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. S\u00e9lectionnez le groupe de comportement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Vous pouvez \u00e9crire plus de d\u00e9tails sur le comportement de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Select whether you want the behavior to be shown to the student and the parent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Cliquez sur Valider<\/strong> pour ajouter le comportement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Display a comprehensive view of all student behaviors. <\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • Choose the “Behavior Type” (Positive or Negative), then “Behavior Group,” and finally “Specific Behavior.” <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select the “Action” taken with the student during class. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Write any other “details” about the student’s behavior. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Allow displaying behaviors in the “Student” and “Parent” accounts. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click “Submit” to add the behavior to the student. <\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          To add a medal that appears on their screen, choose what suits to reinforce the student, then click OK. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
